About the Academy

Walchandnagar Industries Limited (WIL), Walchandnagar started an English Medium School in 1969 in the calm and serene atmosphere of Walchandnagar. To honour and cherish the loving memory of Late Shriman Seth Bharat, this school was renamed as Bharat Children's Academy in 1985. In June 1996, a Junior College became a part of our academy.

Today, Bharat Children's Academy and Junior College comprises a Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary Section and a Junior College with a science stream, with all the essential facilities to keep pace with the spirit of the millennium. Renowned veteran WIL caters to the needs of the nation by dexterously manufacturing nuclear, space and defence machinery. Equivalently, B.C.A. also strives to develop a sound, well-rounded Indian.

The purpose of the academy is to develop the intellectual, moral, emotional, physical and aesthetic attributes of its tiny tots and blooming buds. Hence our curricular and co-curricular activities centre on building a valiant, sincere, dynamic Indian — a Bharatiya in the real sense of the term.
