An Engineering Legacy, Turned to Education

Renowned for its contributions to Nuclear Power, Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Cement and the Sugar Industries, Walchandnagar Industries has always believed that education is fundamental to a strong nation.

That vision led to the founding of Bharat Children's Academy. Today the institution serves more than 1,500 students from Nursery to Std. XII, supported by over 75 qualified educators, and has nurtured more than 30,000 alumni excelling in medicine, engineering, entrepreneurship, public administration, research, education, sport and business — across India and around the world.

Five Decades of Growth

1969

Walchandnagar Industries Limited opens an English-medium school in the calm and serene atmosphere of Walchandnagar.

1985

Renamed Bharat Children's Academy, honouring the loving memory of Late Shriman Seth Bharat.

1996

A Junior College is added — a seamless pathway from primary education to higher-secondary studies.

2019

Golden Jubilee — fifty years of serving the nation through education.
